Volusion Live Chat is a great way to engage shoppers and boost sales. Visitors to your site will have direct, one-on-one chat access any time you�re online, and they can submit questions via email if you�re not available to chat.

To get started, log in to your Volusion Live Chat account. Make sure the Agent Settings tab at the top is selected. Click Get the Code, then click Copy to Clipboard.

Now let's install the code on your store template. In your Volusion Admin Area, go to Design > File Editor and click your template.html file in the Shortcuts menu on the right. Scroll down to the section containing the footer (
