Welcome to Volusion’s V1 Platform

Welcome to the Volusion V1 platform—our all-in-one ecommerce solution designed to help your business grow. V1 includes customizable themes, a streamlined checkout experience, powerful integrations, built-in SEO tools, and ongoing platform enhancements to support your success.

If you are transitioning from Volusion’s legacy VOLT platform, your store will need to be recreated on V1. While this does require starting fresh, it also provides an opportunity to take advantage of V1’s expanded features, improved performance, and flexible store settings.

This guide will walk you through how to log in to your V1 store and point you to helpful resources to get up and running quickly.

Step 1: Log In to Your Store

To access your V1 dashboard:

  1. Visit https://volusion.com/login/

  2. Enter your email address and password

Forgot your password?
No problem—select Forgot Password on the login page. A password reset email will be sent to the email address associated with your user account.

Step 2: Get Familiar with the V1 Dashboard

Once logged in, you’ll be taken to your V1 dashboard, where you can manage your store settings, products, orders, and more.

Step 3: Import Your Products from VOLT

If you are bringing products over from VOLT, the most efficient way to add them to your new V1 store is by using Volusion’s Import / Export tools. These tools allow you to bulk upload products and update store data quickly.
