If you havent already set up a rewards program, you can learn how to do it here .

To see where your customers rewards points came from, when they were redeemed and how many are left, simply enter this URL into your browser:

http://www.myvolusionstore.com/admin/TableViewer.asp?table=reward_points_history&CustomerId=XXX

Good To Know:

• Be sure to enter your actual domain name where it says myvolusionstore.com and the ID number of the customer in question where it says XXX.

• The info found through this URL is only for tracking purposes; it cant be edited.
