UPS Live Rate Shipping Update

If you currently offer UPS Live Shipping Rates on your Volusion store, you may have received a notice from UPS about their Live Rate Shipping API. UPS will be making some changes to their Live Rate Shipping API on June 5th.� Volusion is also updating the integration to meet these new requirements.�

In order to continue using the UPS Shipping rate API without interruption, you will need to provide Volusion with your UPS account information. We have added an update that makes this easy.�

This just takes a few moments ,and you will just need your UPS username and password you use to log into your UPS Account.�

Note: From May 3rd, 2024 to June 5th, 2024 you will be unable to completely onboard a new UPS account.� If you were not using UPS up until this point, you can still follow this process, but will not be able to full onboard UPS until the integration updates have been fully completed.� If you are currently using UPS Live Rates, this will not affect your current UPS integration, it just ensures that Volusion has the necessary information to prepare for the UPS updates on June 5th.��

Connecting Your UPS Account

1. Log into your Volusion Admin Dashboard.

2. Hover over the Setting's Menu and click on 'Shipping'.�








3. Navigate to the Live Rates section and click the 'Add Carrier' drop down and then select 'UPS' .





4. Click the 'connect' button. You will then be directed to UPS's login page where you will be asked to log in with your existing UPS account credentials.�

5. Log into your UPS Shipping Account and agree to the terms and conditions.�
