# Spring Metrics Smart Offers Integration

Smart Offers lets you create targeted real-time offers for the visitors you most want to incentivize. For example: offer a 10 percent discount to repeat visitors who have never purchased from you, or offer free shipping to customers arriving via organic search. And since the offers are shown in real time, you can target visitors that have never purchased before without needing to know their email address!

**Getting Started**

The first thing you need to do is visit [www.springmetrics.com](https://helpcenter.volusion.com//www.springmetrics.com/?hsLang=en-us) and sign up for an account. Spring Metrics also offers a 14-day no obligation trial.

Once you've registered, you can follow these steps to integrate Smart Conversions with your Volusion store:

1\. In your Admin Area, go to Design \> File Editor and select your theme from the Shortcuts menu on the right.

2\. Paste the following tracking code directly above the tag, then save your changes (where "xxxxxxxxxx" is the unique 10-digit site key for your Spring Metrics account).

3\. Next, go to Design \> Site Content, scroll down to the Order Finished section, and click the article with the spotkey ROI\_Javascripts (Article 130).

4\. Place the following code into the Article Body field, then click Save:
