# Removing Image Borders from the Lightweight Grid Category Layout

The **Lightweight Grid** option is one of the many **Product Display Modes** you can set up within a category.

This setting will display products assigned to a category in a simple grid-like layout.

For many theme, the **Lightweight Grid** includes a border around each product photo assigned to a category using that **Product Display Mode**.

The border (but not the grid) can be removed as follows:

1\. In your Admin Area, go to **Design** \> **File Editor**.

2\. Click on the template CSS link in the **Shortcuts** table.

3\. Enter the following code onto any line within the template.css file:

```
img {border:medium none !important;}
```

4\. Click **Save** when you're finished.

Once this is change has been applied, photos for any products assigned to categories set to use the **Lightweight Grid** display type will appear without any borders.
