# International Checkout Integration

# International Checkout Integration

For US-based Volusion store owners, International Checkout offers an integrated shopping cart solution that can help you sell and ship internationally. Customers worldwide can order from your store, and International Checkout takes care of the rest international payment processing, fraud liability, shipping and handling calculation, tracking, customs and duties compliance, and customer service!

Once you're registered with International Checkout, you'll be listed as a Merchant Partner on their website.

# Getting Started

The first thing you need to do is register with International Checkout. Theyll provide some JavaScript code for you to paste into article 101 on your ShoppingCart.asp page in your Volusion Admin Area, as follows:

1. Go to **Design** \> **Site Content**.
2. Click **Search**.
3. In the **ID** field, enter "101".
4. Click the blue **Search** button in the top right.
5. In Article 101, enter the JavaScript provided by International Checkout into the **Article Body** field.
6. Click **Save**.

After youve completed these steps, an International Checkout button will be enabled on your shopping cart page.

Your international customers will complete the order process through International Checkout. International Checkout will place the order with your store on behalf of the customer, receive and inspect the merchandise, then send it directly to the customer.
