Feedback Portal

Introducing our NEW Feedback button! We're excited to announce that a Feedback button has been added to your admin dashboard.

This feature will give you an easy way to share your thoughts, ideas, and experiences using the Volusion Platform in just a few simple clicks! Your input is invaluable to us, continue on to see how it works.

Location:

The Feedback button will appear in the top right area of the admin dashboard.

How to Use:

1. Click the Feedback button and it will open in a new tab the feedback portal

2. A user can explore the existing ideas and vote by clicking the vote button or Click on the Idea tile to view more details.

Optional: Users can login to manage their Portal account (This will require setting up a separate account with the portal) 

3. To add a new idea click the 'Add a new Idea' button on the left hand side, fill out all required fields, and click "Add Idea" to send off the feedback.
