Methods of reaching Volusion�s Support Team vary by plan level.�

Email Support instructions:

ALL plan levels may reach support by emailing support@volusion.com.

Chat Support instructions:

ALL plan levels may reach support 24/7 via chat in their Merchant Dashboard.

  • Log in to your Volusion dashboard. (If you are having trouble logging in, please email passwordhelp@volusion.com).�
  • Click the �Chat with an Expert� bubble in the bottom right-hand corner to enter the chat support queue.

Phone Support instructions:

  • Merchants on our Personal Plan are not eligible for phone support and must use one of the support methods mentioned above.
  • Merchants on our Business Plan and Prime Plan may call in directly to� (800) 646-3517 to speak with a Volusion representative during our business hours of Monday-Friday, 8am-7pm Central. You will be asked to provide your Support PIN, which you can find by hovering over your initials in the top right-hand corner of your dashboard. If you do not currently have access to your store's Admin Dashboard to locate your Support PIN, you can log in to your my.volusion.com page where you will find the Support PIN located in the Account Information section of the main page. It is listed as Store ID. You can use this to contact Volusion Support.
