Adding New Shipping Methods to the Tracking Dropdown

This article covers how to add new custom shipping methods to the Tracking section of the Order Details page.

A shipping method must have a gateway assigned to it before it will appear in the Shipping Method dropdown in the Tracking section.

• Create the new shipping method at Settings > Shipping and select Other from the Gateway dropdown in Advanced Settings.

• Once the new method is saved it will appear at the top of the list in the shipping method drop-down on the order.
