Before you can process credit card transactions with Volusion Payments, you'll need to activate and connect your Authorize.Net payment gateway account. 

Create Authorize.Net Credentials

Once you're approved for a Volusion Payments account, you'll receive two emails: one from our Volusion Payments team, and one from Authorize.Net. The email from Authorize.net contains a link to activate your account and create credentials. Click the Activate Your Account button in the email, then follow the prompts to activate and configure your Authorize.Net account.

Connect Your Authorize.Net Account 

Once you've activated your Authorize.Net account, you're ready to enter your credentials in your Volusion Admin Area

BusinessView Sign-up

If you want to view more details about your transactions at a glance, including chargeback review, we recommend creating a BusinessView account. This tool provides an online portal to your Volusion Payments merchant account. Within this portal, you'll have immediate visibility into: 

  • 3 months of account reporting activity 
  • 3 months of historical processing statements 
  • 32 days of historical transaction data 
  • Ability to view/upload any chargeback documents

To complete sign-up, you will need your Merchant ID, which is located at the top of your initial Volusion Payments approval email.
