This article details the checkout process from your customer's point of view. Your storefront will look different from the following images depending on your theme and Site Designer settings.

Adding a Product to the Cart

To adjust the quantity of items you want to purchase, type a number into the QTY field or use the + and - symbols to adjust the amount. Click Add to Cart to add that quantity to your shopping cart.

When you add a product to the cart, the Shopping Cart pop-up will appear on the right side of the page.

Adjust the product quantity from the shopping cart by using the + and - buttons. Click the X next to the product name to remove it from your cart.

Enter a Discount Code and click Apply. If the Discount Code applies to the order, you'll see the name and amount of the discount. Click the X next to the discount name to remove it from your cart.

Click Checkout to move to the checkout page. If you offer PayPal or Apple Pay, customers can select these options instead and enter payment information with the service of their choice before continuing.

Checkout

Step 1: Contact & Delivery

Enter your contact information and shipping address. Existing customers can click Sign in to login to their account. Once logged in, their contact info & address will automatically fill.

Deselect Use as billing address to enter a billing address separate from your shipping address.

Step 2: Shipping Method

Select a shipping method from the ones you've configured on your store.

When you've selected your shipping method, click Continue to Payment & Review.

Step 3: Payment & Review

Choose a payment method from the ones you've configured on your store.

Click Complete your order to submit your order.

Order Summary

A summary of the order is visible on the Checkout page.

Click Add a promo code under the Order Summary section to apply a discount code from the checkout page. You can enter an order note at the bottom of this section as well.

Confirmation and Processing

After completing purchase, your customer will see a confirmation screen. You can then process the order in your Admin Area.
