To get started, click the Orders icon on the left Navigation Menu of your site's Dashboard.
Before you can receive live orders and accept payments, you’ll need to complete your store settings, including tax, shipping, and payment acceptance information.
The Orders List
When you open the Orders app, you’ll see a message at the top that lets you turn on desktop notifications for new orders you receive:
Your browser may ask you to confirm. You will also see a Total Orders count as well as a count for Orders in the last 30 days.
Below that, you'll see a list of all of your store’s orders, sorted by the date they were placed. You can use the options at the top to filter the list to show only new orders, only in-progress orders, or only archived orders.
The Status column shows each order's status. Orders marked as New or In Progress require action on your part. Orders can be bulk updated by clicking the checkbox at the top left of the Orders List. Once this box is checked you will see a three dot action button to the right. Clicking this button will show you any option available for the orders listed.
To edit individual orders, select the row that corresponds to the order you want to process. This will open the Order Details page where you can accept payment and fulfill the order.
