Orders are the heart of any successful online business. We give you all the tools you need to process orders on an ongoing basis and keep the heart of your business pumping. To get started, visit the Orders app.


Before you can receive live orders and accept payments, you’ll need to complete your store settings, including tax, shipping, and payment acceptance information.

The Orders List

When you open the Orders app, you’ll see a message at the top that lets you turn on desktop notifications for new orders you receive:

Below that, you'll see a list of all of your store’s orders, sorted by the date they were placed. You can use the options at the top to filter the list and show only new orders, or only in-progress orders, or only archived orders.

In the right-most column you’ll see the order status. Orders marked as New or In Progress require action on your part. Select the row that corresponds to the order you want to process.

Alternatively, you can hover over a row to reveal the option to quickly accept a payment on a new order:
