Shipping costs are often cited as the top cause of cart abandonment. Simply put, shoppers hate seeing an unexpected price increase after they add an item to the cart. For this reason, we recommend offering free shipping on all orders and factoring your costs into your pricing.

If you want to charge for shipping, you can do so globally for all orders, or for just some under a certain cost or weight. You can also arrange price-based and weight-based tiers by price.
