How to List a Drop Shipped Product

Listing drop shipped products is quick and easy; most of the work is already done for you! 

  1. Open the Dropshipping app from your Home Screen
  2. Use the search bar to locate a specific product, or browse by clicking on one of the main product categories.
  3. Select a product to view more details. When you're ready to add it to your store, click List this Product. You'll see a success message once the product has been listed on your store.
  4. If you don't yet have an account with US Direct, click Create an Account and follow the prompts to sign up (you'll also have an opportunity to do this when you process your first drop shipped order). Otherwise, click Continue Browsing for Products to add more drop shipped products to your store.

That's it! The product(s) you listed will now appear in your store's Products List. Each product's name, product image, weight, list price, and description will automatically carry over to a new product listing in your store — all you need to do is assign it to a category

How to Process a Dropshipping Order

To process an order for a drop shipped product:

  1. Locate the order for the drop shipped item. The status of the order will be "New".
  2. Click Accept Payment to change the order status to "In Progress".
  3. Next to the item details, click Fulfill. You'll see a breakdown of the drop shipped item's cost, order fee, and shipping cost, along with the total you'll be charged by the dropshipper.
  4. Click Purchase to place the order and ship this item to the shopper's address.
  5. Once tracking information is available within US Direct, your shopper will receive an email with fulfillment details. The order status in your Admin Area will change to Completed.
