With MailChimp, you can create customized email marketing campaigns for your online business. To take advantage of this feature on your store, download our MailChimp app for free in Integrations.


Once you've downloaded the app, open it from your Home Screen. If you don't yet have a MailChimp account, press Create an Account and Come Back. Then, press Create MailChimp Account to go to MailChimp's website for account registration. Once you're registered, return to the app in your Admin Area and follow these steps:

  1. Press Yes, I Have a MailChimp Account. A pop-up window will appear. If it doesn't, your browser may have blocked it. See "Pop-up Window Blocked?" below for more information.

  2. In the dialog box, your MailChimp username and password should appear. If they don't, enter them. When you're ready to proceed, press Log In.

  3. You'll be asked to sync your store to a mailing list. The first choice will be your store's default list of subscribed email addresses. You'll also have at least one from your MailChimp account, as well as the ability to create a new one right now (if you choose this option, enter a name for it). Make a selection.

  4. Press Next.

Pop-up Window Blocked?

Most browsers allow users to block pop-up windows. This setting may be turned on by default, or you may have turned it on yourself in the past, either wittingly or unwittingly. The way to disable it varies by browser, but below you'll see some steps for how to disable pop-up blocking on Google Chrome, as one example.

Other browsers will offer a similar option to allow pop-ups from your Volusion store. Once you've enabled pop-ups, press Retry and return to step 2 above.
